1. Overview

Pin Scheduler is a self-hosted single-user administrative web application designed to manage, queue, and automatically publish Pinterest Pins to your connected Pinterest Business Account via Pinterest's official API v5.

2. Data We Store

Because Pin Scheduler is self-hosted on your private server, all data remains strictly within your isolated database environment. We store:

• OAuth Authentication Tokens: Encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens received during OAuth consent.
• Pinterest Account Metadata: Your Pinterest username and board identifiers to enable pin publishing.
• Uploaded Content: Pin titles, descriptions, destination links, alt text, and images you upload or import.
• Application Logs: Timestamped logs of publishing actions and API requests.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. We do not share, sell, or transmit any user data or credentials to third parties. Data is used solely to execute scheduled publishing requests to Pinterest on your behalf.

4. Token Revocation & Data Removal

You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time via the Dashboard "Disconnect" option. Disconnecting permanently purges stored access and refresh tokens from the application database.
